We're Back!

Okay, so lots of things have happened since last I've posted. That mean foul person I wrote about before is now acting oddly nicer to me - whatever - and the fashion show was so much fun. (I'll do a whole post on that...) Also, we're back from our fun weekend trip with our friends Brandon and Emily. We took a road trip to Quebec City with them for the 400 anniversary Winter Carnival. It was a blast. I have so many pictures and stories to share. For now, I'll give you one of the highlights of my experience... The mascot of the Winter Carnival is called "Bon Homme" (or good man, in French). Well, I got to see him yesterday and he held my face in his giant hands and gave me a French blessing. I wish I knew more French so I could have understood what he said, but how cool is it to be hugged by a jolly giant French-speaking snowman in another country in single digit temperatures?!? Memorable.
