Announcing...

Well, the time has come. I can't hide it for too much longer... I'm pregnant! And now I'm starting to look the part. Right now, I'm a little over 3 months. I guess after having Oscar, things are already kinda stretched out, so I popped a bit early... Ugg. Maternity jeans, I'll be seeing you soon. (And yes, that is already a maternity shirt pictured below.)

Anyway, we're so excited to have baby #2 join our family early in the new year. My official due date is January 13th. Oz is happy about being a big brother (as far as we can tell). He has been to the doctor's office with us to "see baby." He was pretty confused when what he saw was mommy laying down and the doctor pointing to a black and white TV screen.

Therein lies the reason for my lack of blogging lately. All I've wanted to do nowadays is sleep and not throw up. I sure will be happy to say goodbye to my first trimester. So, any guesses as to what we are gonna have? Uncle Andy feels certain it's a girl. Any takers for a boy?

yay! that is so exciting!!! will be praying for a healthy happy pregnancy for you and for baby 2 :) I can't make guesses until I see how you are carrying..and it is hard to tell in the first tri..i will say that female sperm swim slowly and male sperm swim fast..so if you know when you ovulated and when you got preg..that is a great indicator. lol so excited to read all about it!

Congrats to you all! What wonderful news :) Hope the nausea ends sooner than later. Were you sick with Oscar? All I know is my pregnancy with Palmer was a breeze and I was sick for the first 4 months with Éloise ... not that that's always an indicator that you're having the opposite sex if you have a completely different pregnancy, but now looking back it would seem for us it was the case.

Can't wait to follow along on this part of your journey!

I'm so happy for you guys! And I'm leaning towards girl. (Maybe just because I want you to get to do some baby girl clothes shopping...so much fun!) Either way, this baby will be a wonderful addition to the world. Can't wait to meet both your babies.
